Preparation
- Mix the mascarpone with the beet juice.
- Spread the mixture over the flammkuchen.
- Bake the flammkuchen in a preheated oven at 250°C (with a stone if available) and bake the flammkuchen for about 4 minutes.
- Cut the figs, yellow tomatoes, and red pepper to the desired size and top the flammkuchen with the ingredients.
- Spread the fior di latte and smoked almonds over the flammkuchen.
