Raspberry yogurt and white chocolate ice cream

Parfait ice cream on a stick with yogurt, raspberry purée, and white chocolate.

Ingredients

1lDebic parfait
200gRaspberry purée
100gYogurt
White chocolate
Crispy raspberry pieces

Preparation

  1. Whip 1 liter Debic Parfait until light in the planetary mixer and add 100 grams yogurt and 200 grams raspberry puree.
  2. Transfer to a piping bag, fill the silicone molds with the Debic Parfait and smooth the surface.
  3. Insert a stick and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. For the topping, bring the white chocolate to temperature.
  5. Unmold the parfait pops and immediately pour over the chocolate.
  6. Garnish with crispy pieces of raspberry.
