Raspberry yogurt and white chocolate ice cream
Parfait ice cream on a stick with yogurt, raspberry purée, and white chocolate.Ingredients

200gRaspberry purée
100gYogurt
White chocolate
Crispy raspberry pieces
Preparation
- Whip 1 liter Debic Parfait until light in the planetary mixer and add 100 grams yogurt and 200 grams raspberry puree.
- Transfer to a piping bag, fill the silicone molds with the Debic Parfait and smooth the surface.
- Insert a stick and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- For the topping, bring the white chocolate to temperature.
- Unmold the parfait pops and immediately pour over the chocolate.
- Garnish with crispy pieces of raspberry.
