Gratinated greenshell mussels

Nice to serve as a bite.

Ingredients

Grated cheese
tomato tapenade
Mussels

Preparation

  1. Let the mussels thaw. Use a teaspoon to remove the meat from the shell.
  2. Spoon some tomato tapenade into the shell, place the mussel inside, cover with a bit more tomato tapenade, and then sprinkle with grated cheese.
  3. Heat the mussels in the oven at 180° until the cheese is melted.
