Preparation
- Let the mussels thaw. Use a teaspoon to remove the meat from the shell.
- Spoon some tomato tapenade into the shell, place the mussel inside, cover with a bit more tomato tapenade, and then sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Heat the mussels in the oven at 180° until the cheese is melted.
