150gKewpie Green Curry dressing
25gSambaizu vinegar

Preparation
- Bring the green curry dressing together with the stock, vinegar, and water to a boil.
- Add the butter and froth up with a hand blender.
- Grill the prawns for about 1 minute per side.
- Serve the prawns on a nice plate and spoon the foamy sauce over them.
- Top with crispy vegetables, such as radish and daikon.
