Grilled shrimp

This dish consists of grilled prawns with a foamy green curry sauce from Kewpie.

Ingredients

150gfish stock
150gKewpie Green Curry dressing
25gSambaizu vinegar
45gButter
100gWater
16Shrimp

Preparation

  1. Bring the green curry dressing together with the stock, vinegar, and water to a boil.
  2. Add the butter and froth up with a hand blender.
  3. Grill the prawns for about 1 minute per side.
  4. Serve the prawns on a nice plate and spoon the foamy sauce over them.
  5. Top with crispy vegetables, such as radish and daikon.
