Grilled octopus tentacles

Grilled octopus tentacles from the barbecue, marinated in Spanish spices and served with grilled lemon and garlic-rosemary oil.

Ingredients

Garlic
1Lemon
Olive oil
Octopus tentacles
Spanish marinade
Rosemary

Preparation

  1. Let the octopus tentacles thaw and pat dry.
  2. Marinate for at least 2 hours in the Spanish marinade.
  3. Finely chop the garlic and rosemary, mix with olive oil, and season with a little salt.
  4. Briefly grill the tentacles on the barbecue
