Pimientos de Padrón filled with herbed cream cheese and wrapped in prosciutto.Ingredients

Prosciutto crudo
Herb cream cheese
150gPimientos de Padrón
Preparation
- Roast the Padrón peppers on the barbecue.
- Sprinkle with a little salt while roasting.
- Cut off the tops of the peppers and remove the seeds.
- Fill the peppers with herbed cream cheese using a piping bag.
- Wrap each pepper in a slice of prosciutto.
- Briefly grill on the barbecue until the ham is lightly colored but the cheese does not fully melt.
