Gin & tonic with jasmine, rose, rhubarb with a rhubarb stick

Refined gin & tonic with jasmine, rose, rhubarb, served with a rhubarb stick. A floral, fruity twist on a classic.

Ingredients

50mlBloom Gin Jasmine & Rose
100mlTonic water raspberry & rhubarb
Dried raspberries
Rosebuds

Preparation

  1. Pour the gin into a glass filled with ice.
  2. Add the tonic water and mix well.
  3. Garnish with the dried raspberries, rosebuds, and the crispy rhubarb stalk.

  1. Remove the hard parts and fibers from a rhubarb stalk.
  2. Slice the rhubarb stalk into thin ribbons using a cheese slicer.
  3. Heat raspberry syrup to boiling point and pour it directly over the rhubarb ribbons.
  4. Let everything cool and pat the ribbons dry.
  5. Twist the rhubarb ribbons into stick shapes and dry them at 70°C in a dehydrator until crispy.
