With sweet potato, salsify, parsnip, and parsley root.

Ingredients

sweet potato
salsify
parsley root
Parsnip

Preparation

  1. Slice the vegetables into strips with a peeler.
  2. Frying is best done at a low temperature (140°C) and in neutral oil. This way, the chips won't turn bitter.
  3. Salt afterwards and store well-sealed.
