Gyoza fried in soy batter

Gyoza made with chicken and vegetables, crispy fried in a soy batter

Ingredients

Chicken & vegetable gyoza
Tempura flour
Panko
Soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Mix the tempura flour with cold water and a dash of soy sauce until slightly thinner than yogurt.
  2. Mix in some panko (for a crispy accent).
  3. Dip the frozen gyoza in the batter and fry in oil until the batter is crispy and the gyoza is warm.
  4. Serve with a soy dipping sauce with spring onion and red chili.
