Tempura flour
Panko
Soy sauce
Preparation
- Mix the tempura flour with cold water and a dash of soy sauce until slightly thinner than yogurt.
- Mix in some panko (for a crispy accent).
- Dip the frozen gyoza in the batter and fry in oil until the batter is crispy and the gyoza is warm.
- Serve with a soy dipping sauce with spring onion and red chili.
