300gcooked lamb shank meat
0.5Tray of Ghoa cress
130gKnorr Professional Moroccan Harira soup
10coriander sprig
250gchickpeas, canned

Preparation

  1. Bring two liters of water to a boil and, while stirring, add the weighed soup powder.
  2. Add the chickpeas and harissa and let the soup simmer gently for 8 minutes.

  1. Cook the orzo in water with a little salt until al dente.
  2. Shred the lamb and cut it coarsely.

  1. Divide the orzo with the lamb over the bowls and ladle the soup on top.
  2. Garnish with the coriander and the cress.
