Ingredients: 60 g Honey; 60 g Egg white; 60 g Flour; 60 g Butter; 1 red beet powder; Silicone mat Mariposa S; Silicone mat Mariposa L

Surprisingly flavorful honey and beet butterflies. Crispy, sweet with an earthy twist. Colorful decoration for dishes.

Preparation

Melt the butter with the honey until it is liquid.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients to form a batter.
Spread the batter thinly on a silicone butterfly mat of your choice.
Bake for 8 minutes in the oven at 160°C.
Let it cool slightly to carefully remove from the mold.
Let it cool completely until the butterflies are crispy.
