6gice cream stabilizer
500units.centiliterMilk
165gwhite chocolate (grated)
Preparation
- Boil the milk and the ice stabilizer in a saucepan. Pour this over the grated white chocolate and mix until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the cup holder, let cool for 6 hours, and freeze the cup at -20°C.
- Then churn the mixture into ice cream in the Rowzer.
