White chocolate ice cream

Making ice cream with the Rowzer, we love doing that!

Ingredients

6gice cream stabilizer
500units.centiliterMilk
165gwhite chocolate (grated)

Preparation

  1. Boil the milk and the ice stabilizer in a saucepan. Pour this over the grated white chocolate and mix until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into the cup holder, let cool for 6 hours, and freeze the cup at -20°C.
  3. Then churn the mixture into ice cream in the Rowzer.
