Avocado, lime and mint sorbet

In our Ninja, we make a sorbet of avocado, lime, and mint. Deliciously refreshing and perfect in small appetizer dishes or a beautiful gastro bite.

Ingredients

400gavocado pulp
600mlWater
100gpro sorbet cold
140gVending machine sugar
1.5units.itemslime (the juice)
Mint
Salt

Preparation

  1. Put the pulp, water, pro sorbet, sugar, mint, salt, and lime juice in a measuring cup.
  2. Mix everything well with a hand blender.
  3. Pour it through a sieve.
  4. Put the mixture in a Ninja cup and freeze.
  5. When the mixture is well frozen, you can blend it in the Ninja on the sorbet setting.
