Ingredients
avocado slices
Korean BBQ sauce marinade
soy garlic glaze
Japanese mayonnaise
okonomi sauce
katsuobushi
Preparation
- Mix 100 grams of the glaze with 50 grams of the barbecue marinade.
- Coat the frozen avocado slices in this mixture.
- Fry them (not too high heat) in a frying pan.
- Add some of the marinade mix and glaze the avocado.
- Place warm on a plate.
- Garnish with okonomi sauce, the mayonnaise, and the dried bonito flakes (katsuobushi).
