Oven-roasted celeriac

You can serve the roasted celeriac either mashed or pureed.

Ingredients

Salt
Celeriac
100gButter

Preparation

  1. Wash the celeriac and place in a roasting bag together with 100 grams of butter.
  2. Close the roasting bag and bake for 2.5 hours in the oven at 150°C. Scoop the cooked celeriac out of the skin and mash it with a fork. You can also blend it in a food processor until smooth puree.
  3. Season with salt.
