Italian Toast

Name: Italian Toast
Ingredients: 4 Slices of smoked cheese; 4 Pesto; 2 Pane tramezzini slices; 4 Goat cheese slices; 6 Prosciutto Cotto slices

Toast to share, made from the well-known tramezzini bread. Perfect to serve as a sharing dish for approximately 4 people.

4Pesto

2Pane tramezzini slices

4Goat cheese slices

6Prosciutto Cotto slices

Preparation

Spread one slice of tramezzini with pesto.
Top with the ham and cheeses.
Place the second slice on top and cut lengthwise to create two bars.
Brush the outside with olive oil and bake in an oven at 200°C for about 8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
