Ingredients

Cucumber
Fries
Tomato
Red onion

Shawarma spice blend
1duck leg
Iceberg lettuce
1Cheddar
garlic sauce
Sunflower oil

Preparation

  1. Shred the meat from the duck leg and season to taste with the shawarma spices.
  2. Slice the tomato, cucumber, and red onion into slices or strips.
  3. Briefly fry the seasoned duck meat in a little sunflower oil.
  4. Fry the fries until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Cover the bottom of a dish or plate with a layer of fries, followed by the duck meat and cheddar.
  6. Briefly heat this under a salamander or in the oven until the cheese is melted.
  7. Finish with the sliced vegetables, sauces, and iceberg lettuce.
