
Kratong tong tartlet
For these tartelettes, the Kratong ton has been used.This one comes in two versions: with 2 cups or with 4 cups.
Quick tip:
- Mix tempura flour with water until slightly thicker than yogurt.
- Season with salt, herbs, or spices.
- Bake tartlets from it in the same way as with the basic batter.
Ingredients
85gRice flour
85gFlour
Water
salt, spices and herbs to taste
Kratong tong 2 cups
Preparation
- Mix the dry components and add just enough water until it is slightly thicker than yogurt.
- Sieve and let rest for about 30 minutes.
- Stir well again.
- Preheat the tongs in oil at 180°C.
- Dip in the batter and fry until crispy at 180°C, shaking well during frying so they come loose.
