green and white asparagus (cooked and cut into pieces)

Preparation
- Slice the bread and cut out rounds. Dip the rounds in the melted herb butter and fry them until crispy in a pan.
- Beat an egg and season with pepper and salt.
- Mix the asparagus into the egg and sprinkle the herbs over it. Pour the mixture onto kitchen foil and fold it closed upwards.
- Place the package in a pan with boiling water and let the egg mixture cook. This takes about 4 minutes.
- Remove the egg from the foil and serve it on the toast.
