
Loaded Crispers with pulled pork
Traditional pork roast, surprisingly reinvented as pulled pork on Crispers.Ingredients
150mlMayonnaise
300gColeslaw
550gPulled pork
50mlCranberry compote
800gMcCain Crispers
Preparation
- Prepare the Crispers according to the instructions on the package until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Preheat the oven to 150°C. Season the meat to your taste. Place it in an oven dish and add apple juice or cola. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and cook the meat for 4 to 5 hours, until it is very tender and easily falls apart when pulled with two forks.
- Mix the mayonnaise, cranberry jam, and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the cooked Crispers on a serving platter or individual bowls and spoon the pulled pork over them. Add some of the coleslaw on top of the Crispers and serve the rest separately as a side dish. Drizzle the cranberry mayonnaise over the pulled pork and serve the rest as a dip.
