Loaded Crispers with pulled pork

Traditional pork roast, surprisingly reinvented as pulled pork on Crispers.

Ingredients

150mlMayonnaise
300gColeslaw
550gPulled pork
50mlCranberry compote
800gMcCain Crispers

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Crispers according to the instructions on the package until they are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Preheat the oven to 150°C. Season the meat to your taste. Place it in an oven dish and add apple juice or cola. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and cook the meat for 4 to 5 hours, until it is very tender and easily falls apart when pulled with two forks.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise, cranberry jam, and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the cooked Crispers on a serving platter or individual bowls and spoon the pulled pork over them. Add some of the coleslaw on top of the Crispers and serve the rest separately as a side dish. Drizzle the cranberry mayonnaise over the pulled pork and serve the rest as a dip.
