Preparation
- Mix the red fruit with the champagne and the glaze.
- Gently heat until the glaze is fully melted.
- Let it cool again to room temperature.
- Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the meringue, spoon the fruit mixture over it, and garnish with mint.
