Preparation
- Lightly torch the meringue using a blowtorch.
- Cut the fruit into small cubes.
- Heat the fruit with the Malibu, coconut cream, and setting jelly until the jelly has melted.
- Let cool to room temperature.
- Scoop a ball of sorbet onto the pavlova, then generously add the sauce with the fruit and garnish with coconut chips.
