The pavlova is a classic from French cuisine. The combination of meringue, exotic fruit, coconut, and Malibu is a more than worthy finale to a festive menu.

Ingredients

300gcocktail fruits
80gMalibu
passion & mango sorbet
4units.itemsmeringue pavlova
100gCover jelly
80gCoconut cream 24%
Coconut chips

Preparation

  1. Lightly torch the meringue using a blowtorch.
  2. Cut the fruit into small cubes.
  3. Heat the fruit with the Malibu, coconut cream, and setting jelly until the jelly has melted.
  4. Let cool to room temperature.
  5. Scoop a ball of sorbet onto the pavlova, then generously add the sauce with the fruit and garnish with coconut chips.
