The pavlova is a classic from French cuisine. The combination of meringue, fudge, and Baileys is a more than worthy ending to a festive menu.

4scoop of vanilla ice cream

Preparation

  1. Caramelize the pavlova all around using a blowtorch.
  2. Heat the cream with the Baileys and dissolve the fudge in it until you have a smooth sauce.
  3. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the meringue and pour the warm sauce over the whole dish.
