Preparation
- Caramelize the pavlova all around using a blowtorch.
- Heat the cream with the Baileys and dissolve the fudge in it until you have a smooth sauce.
- Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the meringue and pour the warm sauce over the whole dish.
