Red velvet spray
Preparation
- Crumble the marzipan and mix with the whole egg.
- Loosen in the food processor with a whisk (until the marzipan is dissolved)
- Melt the chocolate au bain-marie.
- Warm the vanilla cream and pour over the chocolate, mix well.
- Then add the 320 grams of cream.
- Mix everything well and cool down.
- Whip lightly in the food processor with a whisk, pipe into the molds, and freeze.
- Cut out the red cake with the special heart cutter and place the frozen heart on top.
- Spray over with red velvet spray and let thaw.
