Heart of white chocolate with red marzipan cake.

Tip: serve with a glass of Brachetto d’Acqui, it hardly gets more festive than this.

Ingredients

400gred marzipan
400gwhole egg
80gFlour
5gBaking powder
120gMelted butter

188gWhite chocolate
1units.itemsVanilla pod
320gCream
Silicone mold - 8 hearts
Silicone mold - Amore

Red velvet spray

Preparation

  1. Crumble the marzipan and mix with the whole egg.
  2. Loosen in the food processor with a whisk (until the marzipan is dissolved)

  1. Melt the chocolate au bain-marie.
  2. Warm the vanilla cream and pour over the chocolate, mix well.
  3. Then add the 320 grams of cream.
  4. Mix everything well and cool down.
  5. Whip lightly in the food processor with a whisk, pipe into the molds, and freeze.

  1. Cut out the red cake with the special heart cutter and place the frozen heart on top.
  2. Spray over with red velvet spray and let thaw.
