Mojito infusion

Infusions provide a real flavor boost and can be used in many ways. For example, this infusion based on, among other things, cane sugar and lime.

Ingredients

200gCane sugar
100gRum
10units.itemsSprigs of mint
100gLime juice
2units.itemslimes, zest
400gWater

Preparation

  1. Put the sugar, lime peels, and mint in a pan. Heat well over the fire.
  2. Deglaze with the rum and ignite. Let the rum burn off, deglaze with the water and lime juice, and let the sugar dissolve completely.
  3. Then infuse for at least 12 hours in the fridge.
