Pomegranate mousse

Tip: use silicone molds to create unique shapes.

Ingredients

40gpomegranate compound
100gneutral stock
100gwater (at room temperature)
500glightly whipped cream (your choice: with or without sugar)

Preparation

  1. Mix water, stock, and compound well together with a whisk.
  2. Then gently fold it into the cream.
  3. Pipe into silicone molds and freeze to make unmolding easier.
  4. Let thaw before serving.
