40gpomegranate compound
100gneutral stock
100gwater (at room temperature)
500glightly whipped cream (your choice: with or without sugar)
Preparation
- Mix water, stock, and compound well together with a whisk.
- Then gently fold it into the cream.
- Pipe into silicone molds and freeze to make unmolding easier.
- Let thaw before serving.
