Mint chutney
Chutney with fresh mint, ginger, green peppers and yogurt, seasoned with sugar, salt and a hint of lime juice. Recipe by Paulami Joshi.Ingredients

140mlFull-fat yogurt
2Green rawit peppers
2units.theelepelLime juice
30gFresh mint
20gGinger (roughly chopped)
0.5units.theelepelSugar
Preparation
- Blend the mint, ginger, rawit chilies, yogurt, sugar, and salt in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add the lime juice and mix briefly. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and/or lime juice if needed.
- Pour the chutney into a glass jar with a screw cap. Let it cool and store in the refrigerator until use. When stored airtight and cool, the chutney will keep for about 1 week. Prefer vegan? Replace the yogurt with plant-based yogurt.
