
Naanta Pocket Bread with Veggie Chili Chicken

1garlic clove
50gCucumber, thinly sliced
1units.itemsPastridor Naanta Pocket Bread
2Greek yogurt
2Mango chutney
50mllime juice
100gChili-marinated vegan pieces
25gRed onion, in rings
15gLamb's lettuce
Preparation
- Warm the Pastridor Naanta Pocket Bread in the oven for 4 minutes at 200°C (grill or baking tray) and let it cool.
- Wash the lamb's lettuce with ice water and marinate the red onion rings in the lime juice.
- Mix the finely chopped garlic with yogurt and season with salt & pepper.
- Fry the vegan chili pieces.
- Fill the Naanta Pocket Bread with the garlic yogurt, lamb's lettuce, cucumber, and vegan chili pieces.
- Finish with the mango chutney and pickled red onion and serve.
