Naanta Pocket Bread with Veggie Chili Chicken

Ingredients

1garlic clove
50gCucumber, thinly sliced
1units.itemsPastridor Naanta Pocket Bread
2Greek yogurt
2Mango chutney
50mllime juice
100gChili-marinated vegan pieces
25gRed onion, in rings
15gLamb's lettuce

Preparation

  1. Warm the Pastridor Naanta Pocket Bread in the oven for 4 minutes at 200°C (grill or baking tray) and let it cool.
  2. Wash the lamb's lettuce with ice water and marinate the red onion rings in the lime juice.
  3. Mix the finely chopped garlic with yogurt and season with salt & pepper.
  4. Fry the vegan chili pieces.
  5. Fill the Naanta Pocket Bread with the garlic yogurt, lamb's lettuce, cucumber, and vegan chili pieces.
  6. Finish with the mango chutney and pickled red onion and serve.
