Naanta Pocket Bread with Warm-Smoked Salmon & Greek Tzatziki

Ingredients

20Wakame
20Fennel
90gSmoked salmon fillet
10gBaby spinach
200lemon juice
200olive oil
200Tzatziki

Preparation

  1. Warm the Naanta Pocket Bread in the oven for 4 minutes at 200°C (grill or baking tray) and let it cool.
  2. Finely slice the fennel and season with lemon juice and olive oil.
  3. Warm the salmon fillet and break it into small pieces using a fork.
  4. Spread some of the tzatziki sauce on the inside of the Naanta Pocket Bread.
  5. Fill the Naanta Pocket Bread with the warm salmon, baby spinach, and fennel.
  6. Finish with the rest of the sauce and the wakame salad, and your Naanta Pocket Bread with hot-smoked salmon & Greek Tzatziki is ready.
