10gBaby spinach
200lemon juice
200olive oil
200Tzatziki
Preparation
- Warm the Naanta Pocket Bread in the oven for 4 minutes at 200°C (grill or baking tray) and let it cool.
- Finely slice the fennel and season with lemon juice and olive oil.
- Warm the salmon fillet and break it into small pieces using a fork.
- Spread some of the tzatziki sauce on the inside of the Naanta Pocket Bread.
- Fill the Naanta Pocket Bread with the warm salmon, baby spinach, and fennel.
- Finish with the rest of the sauce and the wakame salad, and your Naanta Pocket Bread with hot-smoked salmon & Greek Tzatziki is ready.
