
Paella with plaice fillet and orange
Paella is a typical Spanish dish. Our culinary team got to work and created this version with plaice fillet and orange.Ingredients

3plaice fillets
2oranges
2finely chopped shallots
fish stock
Preparation
- Segment the oranges.
- Squeeze the remaining membranes well and save the juice.
- Sauté the shallots. Add the fideua.
- Pour the fish stock and orange juice over the fideua and cook until the pasta is just done and the stock is absorbed.
- Cut the plaice fillet into pieces, add to the fideua, and cook for about 1 minute. Season with salt.
- Serve with the orange segments and a little chopped parsley.
