Pani puri with sweet potato cream

Crispy pani puri filled with velvety, airy sweet potato cream.Topped with crunchy cashew nuts, fresh coriander, and a pinch of cumin.

Ingredients

Mini pani puri
Cashew nuts
Cumin
Sweet potato cream
Coriander

Preparation

  1. Fry the mini pani puri into balls by continuously pouring hot oil over them.
  2. Poke a small hole in them.
  3. Heat the potato cream to 70°C and transfer to a siphon. Charge with one cartridge.
  4. Pipe the potato cream into the pani puri.
  5. Sprinkle with some chopped coriander and cashew nuts and season with cumin.
