15gCinnamon sugar
Pomegranate powder
15gmango chutney
Mini pani puri
200gNatural cream cheese
Preparation
- Fry the mini pani puri into balls by continuously pouring hot oil over them.
- Poke a small hole in them.
- Mix the cream cheese with cinnamon sugar and mango chutney until fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Fill the pani puri with the cream cheese mixture and pipe a little on top.
- Sprinkle with pomegranate powder. Optionally finish with cress to taste.
