
Patties of Chinese cabbage

Flat-leaf parsley
Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
Preparation
- Clean the Chinese cabbage.
- Remove the core and finely slice the cabbage.
- Wash the finely sliced cabbage.
- Cook the cabbage in salted water for 10 minutes.
- Drain in a sieve.
- Finely chop one shallot and one clove of garlic and sauté in oil.
- Mix this with the cabbage.
- Beat the eggs and add them.
- Add the flour.
- Finely chop some parsley and mix it in.
- Grate some Parmesan cheese over it.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix everything well and let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Form the 'patties' with a tablespoon and fry them on both sides until crispy and brown in oil.
