Pinsa with mozzarella & mortadella

The filled pinsa is made with ready-made dough. We make four 'buns', sprinkle the dough with olive oil, bake it, and top it generously.

Ingredients

Tatsoi lettuce
Mortadella
Italian cheese dressing
Fresh pinsa dough
Honey & thyme crumble

Preparation

  1. Cut the dough into four pieces, shape the dough into balls, and let rise at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  2. Roll out, drizzle with olive oil, top with thin slices of mozzarella, and fold the dough in half.
  3. Bake at 220ÀöC for about 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Open the dough and generously top with mortadella, Tatsoi lettuce, Italian cheese dressing, and a crumble of honey and thyme.
