Polenta & green rice

Vegetarian dishes have become an integral part of the kitchen. Vegetables are increasingly taking center stage and the possibilities seem endless. This vegetarian recipe features polenta & green rice!

Ingredients

325gWater
50gmashed potato powder
20gPotato starch
50ginstant polenta powder
green rice flakes
Salt to taste
Fresh herbs

Preparation

  1. Mix the potato powder, polenta, starch, and salt.
  2. Add the water and bring to a boil.
  3. Spread thinly with the help of a stencil. Press some green rice flakes on top.
  4. Dry for about 2 hours at 40°C. Fry in oil until crispy.
  5. Make a powder from the green herbs by drying them in the microwave and grinding to a powder.
  6. Dust the whole with green herb powder.
