Preparation
Step 1
- Pit the dates and cut in half.
- In a bowl, mix the oil, dried lavender, lemon juice, and honey.
- Marinate the plums in the mixture for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill the plums until they become soft.
- Mix the mascarpone with the honey and cinnamon.
- Chop the pistachios finely.
- Serve the plums with some mascarpone and garnish with the pistachios and rosemary sprigs.
