Preparation
- Place the potatoes in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven, cut off the top, and hollow them out.
- Finely chop the shallot and sauté it in oil.
- Add the pulled chicken and cook together.
- Add the butter chicken paste and cream and mix well.
- Let the mixture heat through thoroughly.
- Mash the potato filling and mix it with the chicken mixture.
- Fill the potato with this mixture.
- Cut the paneer cheese into cubes and place them on the stuffed potato.
- Put the potatoes in an oven at 165°C for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Garnish with the crispy chickpeas and a few popcorn sprout leaves.
