Puffed Potato Bollywood

Oven-baked potato with butter chicken, paneer cheese, crispy chickpeas, and popcorn sprout leaves.

Ingredients

Pre-cooked jacket potatoes

500gPulled chicken
165gButter chicken pasta
50gCream

Paneer cheese
Popcorn shoots
Crispy chickpeas

Preparation

  1. Place the potatoes in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove the potatoes from the oven, cut off the top, and hollow them out.

  1. Finely chop the shallot and sauté it in oil.
  2. Add the pulled chicken and cook together.
  3. Add the butter chicken paste and cream and mix well.
  4. Let the mixture heat through thoroughly.
  5. Mash the potato filling and mix it with the chicken mixture.
  6. Fill the potato with this mixture.

  1. Cut the paneer cheese into cubes and place them on the stuffed potato.
  2. Put the potatoes in an oven at 165°C for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Garnish with the crispy chickpeas and a few popcorn sprout leaves.
