Oven-baked potato with boneless ribs, cheddar, barbecue sauce, and ketchup crunch.Ingredients
Pre-cooked jacket potatoes
Boneless ribs
Crème fraîche
Cheddar cheese
Parsley
Ketchup crunch
Barbecue sauce
Preparation
- Place the potatoes in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
- Put the potatoes in a smoking box and create smoke using wood chips.
- Let the potatoes sit in the smoke for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the potatoes from the smoke, cut off the tops, and hollow them out.
- Mash the filling and set aside.
- Fry the boneless ribs until crispy and shred the meat.
- Mix the meat with the crème fraîche into the potato filling.
- Fill the potatoes with the mixture.
- Grate cheddar cheese over them and place in an oven at 165°C for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Finely chop the parsley.
- Garnish with barbecue sauce, ketchup crunch, and parsley.
