
Ramen with prawns and spinach
Soup + salad = ramen. Very flavorful and easy to prepare. We made this one with prawns and spinach.Ingredients
4fish stock
2Dashi
50gwild spinach
Spring onion
100gramen noodles
Red chilies
Garlic
Chopped shallot
Preparation
- Sauté the prawns in oil with a little garlic and a chopped shallot.
- Remove the prawns and keep warm, add the spinach to the same pan and stir-fry very briefly.
- Cook the ramen in plenty of salted water until al dente.
- Finely slice the spring onion and red peppers.
- Bring the fish stock with the dashi just to the boil.
- Place the ramen together with the spring onion, red peppers, and prawns in a bowl.
- Top with the sautéed spinach.
- Pour the hot stock over and serve immediately.
