
Rings of vanilla and blood orange
Vanilla and blood orange panna cotta in a ring shape with hearts of ruby chocolate.Ingredients

Ruby Chocolate

puffed rice
crumble
ice cream (of choice)
Preparation
- Soak the gelatin sheets.
- Halve the vanilla pod and let it infuse in the milk with the sugar.
- Scrape out the vanilla pod and bring the milk to just below boiling point.
- Add the soaked gelatin sheets and the cream.
- Pour the mixture into the ring mold and place in the freezer.
- Soak the gelatin sheets.
- Heat a portion of the blood orange purée with the sugar and dissolve the gelatin in it.
- Pour into the small ring mold and freeze.
- Melt the ruby chocolate and stir in the rice pops.
- Fill the back of the heart-shaped mold (small hearts) and chill.
- Remove from the mold and place in the refrigerator.
- Spoon a little crumble of your choice into a deep bowl.
- Place the crumble on the rings and arrange the hearts around it.
- Add an ice cream of your choice.
