Roast beef slider with Amsterdam onion

Delicate slider with pastrami, scamorza, pointed cabbage, pearl onions and creamy vitello sauce on a sesame bun. Rich in flavor with an Italian twist.Sliders are mini burgers to share! Ingredients

Mini hamburger buns sesame
Cream
Smul onions
Fresh sweet and sour pointed cabbage
White wine
Finely chopped sage
Scamorza cheese
Sliced pastrami
Vitello sauce

Preparation

  1. Slice the buns open and top them with a thin slice of scamorza.
  2. Bake the buns for about 3 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
  3. Heat the slices of pastrami in a pan with oil and finely chopped sage.
  4. Deglaze with white wine and cooking cream and let simmer briefly until the cream has slightly thickened.
  5. Serve the buns with sweet and sour pointed cabbage, vitello sauce, and crispy onions.
