Sugar
Icing sugar
pink food coloring
Preparation
- Prepare the panna cotta as indicated on the packaging and add the rose water and raspberry as extra flavoring.
- Pour the panna cotta into the molds and place in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
- Mix the raspberries with the rose water and add sugar to taste.
- Mix powdered sugar with a small amount of pink coloring and top the frozen rose with it.
- Let the whole thing thaw.
- Serve the rose in the broth and garnish with some pink flowers.
