Rose of panna cotta with raspberries and roses

Panna cotta made from raspberry, rose water served in a broth of raspberry and rose water.

Ingredients

40gRose water
1lDebic Panna Cotta
250gRaspberry
1units.itemsMal rosa
Flower mix

50gRose water
250gRaspberries
Sugar

Icing sugar
pink food coloring

Preparation

  1. Prepare the panna cotta as indicated on the packaging and add the rose water and raspberry as extra flavoring.
  2. Pour the panna cotta into the molds and place in the freezer for at least 24 hours.

  1. Mix the raspberries with the rose water and add sugar to taste.

  1. Mix powdered sugar with a small amount of pink coloring and top the frozen rose with it.
  2. Let the whole thing thaw.

  1. Serve the rose in the broth and garnish with some pink flowers.
