Ingredients

4pickled red onion rings
2fresh chervil, finely chopped
4Lettuce

Preparation

Step 3

  1. Bake the Pastridor Rustic Midi Rose Roll White straight from the freezer for 4 minutes in a preheated oven at 220 degrees.
  2. Slice the Midi Rose Roll lengthwise and spread both insides with mascarpone.
  3. Spoon the marinated mushrooms onto the bottom half of the Rose Roll.
  4. Add the pickled onions and season with some pepper.
  5. Add lettuce and garnish with finely chopped chervil.
  6. Close the Rustic Midi Rose Roll White and serve.
