Chopped shallot

Tempura flour
Red chili
Preparation
- Cook the shrimp noodles al dente.
- Heat a little olive oil and sauté the spring onion, chopped shallot, shiitake, and red chili. Mix this with the shrimp noodles.
- Make a batter from the tempura flour by stirring in sparkling water. Dip the prawns in the batter and fry in oil at 180°C.
