
Salted Caramel Latte
The perfect balance between sweet and salty, united in a creamy latte.Ingredients
200mlWhole milk
30mlEspresso
20mlMonin Salted Caramel
Whipped cream
caramel cubes
Monin Salted Caramel topping

Preparation
- Put 2 pumps of syrup (20 ml) in the glass.
- Froth the milk in a jug. Carefully pour the milk, including the milk foam, over the syrup using a spoon.
- Let the milk rest for 10 seconds and in the meantime make the espresso in a small jug.
- Slowly pour the espresso into the center of the glass.
- Top the latte with whipped cream and decorate with Monin salted caramel topping and caramel cubes.
- Serve with a long spoon in the glass.
