Malibu
1Pineapple
Tempura flour
400gSugar
180gButter
200gWater
250gCream
salt to taste

Preparation
- Put the tempura flour in the food processor and add ¬Ω water and ¬Ω coconut milk.
- While mixing, add a splash of Malibu.
- Add as much water and coconut milk as needed until the batter is the consistency of yogurt.
- Cut the pineapple into long pieces, dip in the batter, and fry in oil.
- Boil water and sugar to make caramel.
- Add the butter and let it dissolve.
- Add the cream and salt and mix well.
- Fill the bowls with the ice cream.
- Serve the satays warm with the salted caramel on top.
- Sprinkle some grated coconut over them.
- Serve the ice pops separately on the side.
