Preparation

  1. Spread the green pesto on the Schiacciata.
  2. Top the Schiacciata with mozzarella, tomato, and fresh basil.
  3. Briefly bake the (filled) Schiacciata in a traditional convection oven (5 minutes at 200°C), in a panini contact grill (3 minutes at 225°C), or in a speed oven (60 seconds at 260°C).
