Scrocchiarella carpaccio sandwich

Ingredients

pesto spread
roasted seed mix
scrocchiarella
grated pecorino
Pepper
carpaccio

Preparation

  1. Spread the pesto spread over both halves of the bread.
  2. Place the carpaccio on one half.
  3. Grind pepper from the mill over the carpaccio.
  4. Sprinkle cheese and seed mix over the carpaccio.
  5. Place the top on the bread.
  6. Cut the sandwich to the desired size and briefly heat it in a grill.
