Sigara Böregi Recipe

We made a variation on the traditional böregi. We rolled Brick pastry into a cigar shape with a cheese filling and smoked beets. We top it with Greek yogurt, honey, and tahini. The freshness of the yogurt combines beautifully with the roasted and peeled sesame seeds in the tahini.
