Moist Muffin

This moist muffin has a soft, molten filling with a cherry flavor and is a perfect treat for any chocolate lover.

Ingredients

250gmuffin mix chocolate
100gSunflower oil
Decorgel Plus Chocolate
silicone heart
125gcherry purée

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in the planetary mixer for 1 minute on the lowest speed.
  2. Then mix for another 4 minutes on the highest speed.
  3. Bake for about 15 minutes in a convection oven at 160 degrees Celsius. Bake with paper and a baking tray on top to ensure it bakes flat in the mold.
  4. After cooling, pour over the Decorgel.
